It is not easy to act on knowledge of the causes of potential adverse effects. It is not easy to determine which therapeutic technique, the gravity/worsening of the underlying disease is responsible for bottlenecks at the root of the Member, extensions of edema to the trunk/to the OGE, amputations, etc. We must go back in the past of pressotherapy to be reassured: all actual or imagined risks have brought appropriate corrections. So, «on the basis of the past, the present edifies the future ».
