L'abord philosophique du rachis consiste en un questionnement rigoureux et systématique de nos pratiques évaluatives et de nos gestes techniques. Il apporte aux kinésithérapeutes une meilleure connaissance des patients et s'avère complémentaire d'une approche « classique » dans le choix et la réalisation des traitements rééducatifs soumis à délibération.
